About Hanandrepa10
The Greek philosopher Plato (428-347 BCE) described music as follows: "Music gives the universe a soul, it gives wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, charm to seriousness, it gives gaiety and life to everything." For many years I have used music as a place for freedom, creativity, storytelling and the communication of emotions. If music does not give the universe a soul, then it is a part of my own soul. The guitar has been my companion for 40 years and every time the guitar and I find each other, songs come out that I do not always expect. They can be songs that touch all emotional registers.
"Metamorphosis" is my first album. The term itself means a major change in life, like when a caterpillar turns into a butterfly, or when a tadpole turns into a frog. In both of these examples, major changes occur in the individual's life. Going from office life to the music industry is a metamorphosis for me. My songs can also have great variation and I therefore do not belong to a specific genre, in which case it would have to be the metamorphosis genre. The name "Hanandre På10" reflects that there is now someone else on stage.

In 2026 there will be a Christmas album with 12 Norwegian songs, in the Bergen dialect. The vocalist is Maria Gangdal Gunnarskog . The album will be recorded at Duper Studio in Bergen.
